ESDLab is organizing seminars on a regular basis to promote IT dissemination. In the past a number of seminars was organized in areas such as:

• Logic,
• Virtual Reality in education,
• Human Computer Interaction,
• Artificial Neural Networks,
• Expert Systems,
• Hard Real Time Systems,
• Authoring Systems.

On December 4-5, 1995, ESDLab organized a workshop (under the auspices of the Greek Computing Society) with main theme "Educational Software present and future: methods, tools and packages".

The third Panhellenic Conference on "Didactic of Mathematics and Informatics in Education", organized by ESDLab (in co-operation with members of the Pedagogic Department at Patras University) in May, 9-11, 1997.

ESD*Lab is member of the HERMES human network of research and development in the field of advanced learning environments over the www. HERMES aims to promote the transfer of leading-edge technology concerning advanced learning environments into Hellenic Universities, Organizations and Private Sectors.
