Within the frames of ÅÐÅÁÅK, action 3.1.d.2, the TEI
of Athens, from within the Quali_Learn
project, in collaboration with the department
of Mathematics of the University
of Patras and the Swedish University of Vaxjoe, develops
proper infrastructure to conduct courses from distance.
The project focuses on the application of modern technologies
in telematics for the support of distant learners and the
instructor, as well as on the design of proper training
scenarios, which could perform in distributed training environment.
The support of these training scenarios will come from relevant
available software, servicing learners, in combination with
software which is under development within the frames of
the project and which constitutes original application of
the stream of a training program design and of the control
of this stream through computer. Within the frames of the
project, a learning program on subjects of software quality
securement is also under development for graduates in informatics,
which will constitute the pilot application of the project
and a measure of evaluation of the training material and
software infrastructure under development
