Description
The language of propositional calculus, truth evaluations, truth tables, tautologies and logical equivalence. Sufficiency of logical conjunctions, regular forms and logical circuits. Boolean algebra. The concept of logical consistency. Formal proofs, correctness, completeness. The language of categorical calculus, types, propositions. Variable evaluations, semantics and the concept of truth. Logical validity, manipulation of quantifiers and regular forms. Compactness and applications.
